Group Therapy
Through group therapy, we identify and bring together individuals (not more than 10) who have common problems, needs, or goals. We work with such individuals in group sessions which are 120 minutes (two hours) long. Groups offer a platform for belonging, sharing knowledge and experience, and support where one realises he/she is not alone. Ntsika Psychologist offer interactive group therapy as we conduct:
